Patrick Herring

Patrick Herring practices in the areas of oil and gas law, commercial real estate law, and business transactions. He focuses primarily on title examination for the preparation of acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions; real estate purchase and sale transactions; commercial leasing; real estate and asset-based financing transactions; and asset and stock purchase and sale transactions.

His experience includes representing upstream oil and gas companies in the purchase and sale of oil and gas assets and advising clients with regard to complex real estate title issues. He also has considerable experience advising companies with regard to mergers and acquisitions and representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of retail/shopping center and other commercial real estate leases.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Pat worked for six years in various capacities in the automotive industry. Additionally, in 1997, Pat obtained his Oklahoma license as a certified public accountant (inactive).
