Sarah Oberndorfer

Sarah Oberndorfer is an associate with Schaffer Herring PLLC, whose practice focuses on oil and gas title examination and other general oil and gas and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Schaffer, Herring, Sarah worked at a large regional law firm for nine years where her practice primarily focused on complex business litigation, with specific emphasis on matters affecting the energy industry. Her litigation experience includes representing oil and gas exploration and production companies in class action royalty lawsuits as well as disputes involving surface damages, pollution and other environmental issues, quiet title, lease cancellation, bodily injury, and property damage. In addition to representing clients in a broad range of matters affecting the oil and gas industry, Sarah’s state and federal practice experience also includes contract disputes, construction litigation, business torts, employment law, and insurance coverage issues.
