John J. Trebilcock

John Trebilcock focuses his practice in the area of oil and gas title examination. Mr. Trebilcock also has significant experience in complex corporate litigation law as well as campaign finance and Oklahoma Government Ethics. While in law school, he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity, and he was Production Editor for the Tulsa Law Journal and was awarded the Order of the Curule Chair.

Mr. Trebilcock has been a member of the Oklahoma Legislature since 2002 and currently chairs the Energy and Aerospace Committee. He has also serves as Assistant Majority Leader, Chair of the Joint Committee on Inter-Tribal Relations, Chair of the Public Health Committee as well as having served as the Chair of the Appropriation Subcommittee for Public Safety and the Judiciary.

Mr. Trebilcock also spent five years as a teacher in Broken Arrow Public Schools, where he was named the New Teacher of the Year in 1997.

Mr. Trebilcock shares his knowledge of the oil and gas industry in events such as serving as a participant in a roundtable forum with other industry leaders in the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association Oil and Gas Tax Policy Forum held at the University of Tulsa College of Law as well as speaking at various industry groups and trade associations.
