Monica L. Maple

Monica L. Maple has significant experience in labor and employment law in which she advises clients on employee issues and policies, as well as defends management in employment discrimination lawsuits and administrative hearings.  Additionally, she has significant experience in general civil and insurance defense litigation, having previously served as staff counsel for a large insurance company.  Ms. Maple also focuses a portion of her practice on estate planning, probate, guardianships, real estate and commercial transactions.  As part of her practice, Ms. Maple works regularly with several Indian tribes and the Bureau of Indian Affairs handling matters on behalf of the tribes and their members.  While in law school, she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity, Moot Court Board, Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature, Student Senate, and she was Notes and Comments Research Editor for the Tulsa Law Journal and was awarded the Order of the Curule Chair.
