The attorneys of Schaffer Herring PLLC have built solid relationships with several tribal entities located in Oklahoma, as well as with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  Our attorneys often handle probates, quiet title actions, and other real estate matters for tribal members in an effort to transfer title to restricted mineral interests, with the approval of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  Our attorneys also represent several Tribes in employment law, real estate, and business transactions.
