Nonprofit Administration and 501(c)(3) Formation

Our attorneys represent individuals and organizations in forming and obtaining 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, and, on an ongoing basis, with the administration of nonprofit organizations.  These services include incorporation with the state of Oklahoma or other states, creation of Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, conflict of interest policies, and other organizational policies, as well as formulating and carrying out the mission of the nonprofit organization.
